We make small superconducting magnets.
We use them for our own research, you may like to as well.

Use our solenoid for a strong single-axis field (in excess of 1.5 Tesla)
Create a vector using one, two, or three of our split-coils (about 0.5 Tesla)

These magnets are small.
We have put six of them into one dilution refrigerator without breaking a sweat.

We can adapt our designs to just about any cryogenic environment.
We use these magnets at millikelvin temperatures, for a range of experiments:

• Optical spectroscopy of bulk crystals

• Microwave spectroscopy of bulk crystals and loop-gap resonators

• Microwave measurements of superconducting resonators with in-plane fields

• Confocal microscopy with a sample in field centre (ask us about nanopositioner integration)
